  • Ed Smart, whose daughter, Elizabeth, was kidnapped from her home, spoke about the trauma of their family’s experience.
  • MMAE provided radKids training (Resist Aggression Defensively) to adult volunteers and children.
  • NC Attorney General Roy Cooper explained the the methods and approaches internet predators use to lure children into danger via the internet.

MMAE was awarded the DVT Blood Clot Aware National Health Awareness Promotion (HAP) award from the American Medical Association Alliance.
